These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of diamondluxedetailing.com, your interactions with Diamond Luxe Detailing, and your participation in Diamond Luxe Detailing's SMS messaging programs.
By using our website or requesting or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. SMS participation is governed separately by the SMS Messaging Terms below and requires the applicable consent.
Website and Services
Diamond Luxe Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing and related vehicle-care services. Website descriptions, photographs, availability, estimates, and prices are provided for general information and may change.
A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it or send a booking confirmation. Final pricing, service scope, access requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, or other appointment-specific conditions may be disclosed during estimating or booking. Appointment-specific terms presented and accepted during booking also apply.
You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, and appointment information and to provide safe, lawful, and reasonably sufficient access to the vehicle and service location.

Diamond Luxe Detailing SMS Program
Program Description
When you separately opt in, Diamond Luxe Detailing may send text messages to the telephone number you provide.
Depending on the consent you select, messages may include:
Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates.
Non-marketing messages: estimates, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service-status updates, and customer-care responses.
Consent for marketing messages and non-marketing messages is collected separately when both categories are offered. Agreeing to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your appointments, and the messaging program you selected. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages covered by that opt-in unless you enroll again.
To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.
